Licensing & Usage Terms

Effective for all works by NorthWest EagleEye Enterprises (@NWEagleEyeEnter)

NorthWest EagleEye Enterprises ("Licensor") owns the copyright to all aerial photographs, videos, and other works displayed on this website and in our gallery. By licensing any Work, you ("Licensee") agree to these terms. This agreement applies nationwide under U.S. federal copyright law.

  1. License Grant We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the selected tier only. All other rights reserved.
  2. Tier Options & Pricing (one-time fees; contact for custom or bulk):

Personal Use – For non-commercial home or personal office display (wall art, frames, private viewing). No resale, public sharing beyond personal social media, or commercial use.

  • Basic Digital/Print (up to 8x10 paper prints, up to 5 copies): $50
  • Wide Image Print (up to 16x20 paper/poster, up to 3 copies): $100
  • Canvas Print (up to 40x60 custom gallery-wrapped canvas, up to 2 copies): $800 Duration: Perpetual Territory: Worldwide Credit (if shared online): "© NorthWest EagleEye Enterprises / @NWEagleEyeEnter"

Commercial Use – For advertising, websites, web banners, social media campaigns, marketing materials, editorial content, etc. promoting your business. Limited to 10,000 impressions/views or 1,000 print copies. Price: $5000 Duration: 1 year from agreement date (renewable – contact for renewal fee) Territory: United States (worldwide add-on available) Credit required where feasible.

Extended Commercial Use – Includes all Commercial uses plus merchandise (t-shirts, posters), unlimited impressions/prints, broader media (TV, billboards). Optional 1-year exclusivity add-on (+$5,000). Price: $10,000 Duration: 1 year from agreement date (renewable – contact for renewal fee) Territory: Worldwide Full credit required.

Selected Tier: Payment: Via Stripe/PayPal or as arranged. Due within 7 days.

  1. Delivery & Files High-resolution files (JPEG/PNG for photos, MP4 for video) delivered via secure link after payment. Print-ready optimizations for personal tiers.
  2. Important Notes
  • Model/Property Releases: We obtain releases where required, but for commercial use, you must comply with state right of publicity/privacy laws in your usage area.
  • Restrictions: No sublicensing, resale as stock, sensitive/political uses, or modifications beyond basic edits without permission.
  • Indemnification and Legal Fees: Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor (including its owners, agents, and affiliates) from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising from Licensee's use of the Works, breach of this Agreement, or violation of any law (including right of publicity/privacy). In any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Works (including any claim brought by Licensee against Licensor), the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs from the non-prevailing party.
  • Termination & Enforcement: Breach ends the license; we may seek damages (including up to $150,000 statutory per willful infringement if Works are registered with the U.S. Copyright Office).
  1. Governing Law Governed by Washington state law and U.S. federal copyright. Disputes resolved in Clarkston, Washington courts.
